Do not add chm file on nuget install/update

description

After installing/updating MongoRepository, please do not add chm file to each app and class library in my solution.

I would appreciate if it was online somewhere that I could reference when needed.

Today we moved the MongoRepository project to GitHub so I would kindly like to request you open your issue there if you still want to comment / discuss or think the issue is not ready to be closed yet to keep everything in one place.

We're sorry for any inconvenience.

I would like to, sometime, make the installation of the chm conditional (for example: for first-installs just copy, for updates see if a .chm is still in the original location and update, otherwise do nothing). But that will require some powershell scripting if I'm not mistaken (install.ps1 or something in the nuspec file). Currently I don't have any idea how to do that so I'll need to figure that out first and I am, currently, a bit short on time unfortunately. I can't promise this will be fixed "next week".

That would be easier to do; SHFB should be able to generate HTML files. I'll see what I can do about that.

The helpfile is available online at http://riii.nl/mongorepohelp (which is a redirect/link-shortener so I can move the documentation elsewhere in the future). The link should keep working.
